Grant Funding

Hunger-Free Minnesota will close the missing meal gap by providing grants to community partners for activities and projects that align with action plan initiatives. Organizations that have filled out our web form to join our movement are eligible to apply for Hunger-Free Minnesota grants.

Certain funders will make grants directly to recipients based upon initiatives included within our action plan. Hunger-Free Minnesota will not be engaged in those granting processes.

Other funders will provide funding directly to Hunger-Free Minnesota for re-granting. In these instances, Hunger-Free Minnesota will activate a Grant Award Process to manage the announcement, review and award of applications and grants.
