Target has contributed significantly to the underpinnings of Hunger-Free Minnesota, including the funding of the Cost/Benefit Impact of Hunger 2010 study from the University of Minnesota Food Industry Center. Second Harvest Boston Consulting Group

The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Minneapolis office, is a founding corporate partner of Hunger-Free Minnesota and donated 12 weeks of its time in 2010 to create the backbone of the Hunger-Free Minnesota action plan. BCG also conducted a pro-bono study of Minnesota's Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) in an effort to identify why, despite hungry Minnesotan's are missing 100-million meals every year, more eligible Minnesotans are not participating in SNAP and reaping its nutritional benefits. BCG has donated its time and talents to Hunger-Free Minnesota as part of its ongoing efforts to assist not-for-profit entities in achieving sustainable, lasting results.
